Unauthorised development
A resident brought to our attention these click and collect lockers in Beckenham Lane. Installing these is covered by Schedule 2, Part 7, Class C ‘Click & Collect facilities’ of The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015. In essence as the site is in a Conservation Area (so-called article 2(3) land), these lockers cannot be installed without formal planning permission and until this is granted (which it won't be - if it is ever applied for) they remain 'unauthorised'.
